| Abstract: | The value engineering methods are used in the remoulding of Huludao General Chemical Plant saltern crane after researches, analysis and demonstrations. It is forecasted that the remolded saltern crane overhaul period will be 2 years long, which was 1 year before, and it yields 638,000 Yuan RMB in overall benefits. |
