带压移架控制系统和控制阀的研究

摘    要:指出支架采用“先降、后移再初撑”的工作方式不利于顶板控制,提出采用带压移架控制方法。介绍了国内外带压移架技术的现状;带压移架合理支撑阻力的确定方法;对控制系统和控制元部件的要求和设计计算方法,并对作者新研制成功的新型支架控制阀的工作原理和现场试验情况作了介绍。


STUDY OF THE CONTROL SYSTEM AND THE CONTROL VALVE OF SLIDING ADVANCE OF THE SUPPORT
Abstract:The paper points out the shortcomings arised from the operatins method of 'lowering, advancing, and settins' which the support usually applied currently, and puts forusrd the advantages brought to the roof control of the support by using the control method of sliding advance, at the same time introduces the current situation of research and development on the technique of sliding advance of the support at home and abroad lays emphasis on the definite nethod of reasonable setting load of sliding advance of the support, the demand which the control system and the control component and part of sliding advance of the support should meet, the calculation method of designing for the pressure maintaining valve and the liquid compensation valve in the control system of sliding advance of the support. Finally the paper also introduces the control valve system of sliding advance support and its working principle of the fluid ensrsy self compensation pressure maintaining which the author newly developed successfully.
