胜利油田污水处理工艺改造的技术经济性分析

对胜利油田2001-2003年污水处理工艺改造进行了深入调查,认为在油田高含水开发阶段污水处理工艺存在着水质指标经济适用性不尽合理、工艺流程过长、运行成本偏高等问题。提出应从注入水水质指标的经济性出发,针对不同的水质采用不同处理工艺进行改造。对重力沉降工艺流程可以将目前两级沉降改为一级沉降,处理后水质更好,并可节省投资10%～20%。同时指出应加大气浮选设备制造和浮选药剂筛选方面的研究工作。

Analysis on remaking wastewater treatment technologies from technical and economic point in Shengli Oilfield

Thorough investigation was made on remaking wastewater treatment technologies in Shengli Oilfield during 2001-2003. Considering that the problems of unreasonable economic adaptability of water quality indexes, long technology process and high operating cost existed in the wastewater treatment technology at high - water - cut period of oilfield development. Various water quality should be remade by different treatment technologies adopted from the aspect of the economics of the injected water quality indexes. The primary gravity settlement process rather than double stage one should be adopted and the former may improve the water quality and save 10% ~ 20% of the investment. Study on the equipment manufacture and chemical screening of air floatation process should be strengthened.
