液位过程模糊控制系统设计

摘    要:本文介绍了液位过程模糊控制系统的设计。利用数据采集模块7017和7024实现了测量数据和控制信号的输入输出。通过MCGS组态软件,对液位过程控制系统进行组态,开发了系统监控软件,并设计了二维模糊控制器。该系统具有界面友好、操作简便、运行稳定的优点。实验结果表明,与PID控制器相比,模糊控制器使系统具有更好的动态响应性能。

Abstract:A fuzzy control system for the liquid level is introduced in this paper.By using the data acquisition module 7017and 7024,the input of the measurement data and the output of the control signal are realized respectively.Through the MCGS configuration software,the configuration of liquid-level process control system is carried on,and the monitoring software of the system is developed.In addition,a two-dimensional fuzzy controller is designed.The control system has some adventures such as friendly interface,easy operation and stable running.The experimental results show that the fuzzy control can provide a better dynamic performance than conventional PID control.
