梁上附加集中质量对梁-板耦合系统功率流特性的影响

摘    要:运用导纳功率流法,建立了含集中质量负载的梁与板的耦合振动模型,分析了质量负载对耦合系统功率流传递的影响,并通过ANSYS的优化模块,对梁上附加集中质量的质量大小及在梁上的位置进行了优化设计。研究表明:附加质量对耦合系统的功率流峰值有显著影响,影响的程度与梁板的结构参数有关;合理选择附加质量的质量大小及在梁上的位置,可以提高梁式动力吸振器的吸振效果。

Abstract:Here,based on the power flow theory,the vibration model of a mass-loaded beam-plate coupled system was established.The effect of added point masses on the power flow features of the beam-plate coupled system were analyzed in detail with numerical simulation.To develop vibration absorption ability of a beam type of dynamic absorber,the optimization of added point masses and their positions on the beam was performed with ANSYS.It was shown that the optimization results is feasible.
