关于上海地铁一号线轨道高低不平顺问题的探讨

摘    要:对上海地铁一号线地铁车辆的车箱振动进行现场实测,得到不同区间段的地铁车厢振动加速度;采用上海地铁一号线车辆参数,建立整车模型,通过时域数值计算,分析得到了不同轨道谱输入下的地铁车厢垂向振动加速度和轮轨垂向力,并同实测的地铁车厢垂向振动加速度进行比较,初步探讨了上海地铁一号线的轨道高低不平顺问题。

Abstract:A test in situ was conducted on a vehicle of Shanghai metro line 1.The vehicle vibration accelerations were obtained in different metro line-sections.Based on a full vehicle model and the vehicle parameters of Shanghai metro line 1,time-domain numerical method was adopted.Dynamic calculations were performed by inputting different railway track irregularities.The comparison between the calculated values and the measurement ones of the vehicle vertical vibrations was made to preliminarily explore the problem of the track vertical profile irregularity of Shanghai metro line 1.
