简支板振动无线主动控制及驱动器优化布置研究

摘    要:推导光电层合简支板结构动力学方程及模态控制方程,以规格化后模态控制力指数作为遗传算法的适应度函数,基于二进制编码的遗传算法对用于简支板振动控制的单对、双对光致伸缩驱动器布局进行优化,计算机仿真结果表明优化后的驱动器布局方案可有效提高板结构振动控制的有效性。在此基础上进一步对板结构多模态振动控制进行探讨,提出适用于板结构多模态振动控制的驱动器布局优化方法及振动控制方案,仿真算例表明该方法可有效地对简支板前二阶模态进行振动无线控制。

Abstract:Dynamics and modal control equations of a photostrictive laminated simply supported plate were derived.The layout of photostrictive actuators for active vibration control of a simply supported plate was optimized by using a binary-coded genetic algorithm(GA),in which the normalized modal control force indexes were chosen as fitness function of GA.The simulation results demonstrate that the new control method is more effective.Furthermore,a novel multiple modal control method was explored.Numerical examples show that the presented approach can be used to control the first two modes of the plate effectively.
