船用主汽轮机汽缸冲击响应的计算与实验研究

摘    要:目前船用大型设备的抗冲击性能研究主要采用数值手段进行仿真,而相关实验研究较少,数值计算的精度能达到多少还不确定。为此以船用主汽轮机汽缸为研究对象,建立有限元模型,采用时域模拟法计算汽缸模型在冲击载荷作用下的响应;以计算结果为指导,在大型冲击振动台上进行扫频、冲击实验。将计算值与实验值对比验证,证明计算模型和方法的正确性,分析误差产生原因,评估结构的强度。研究表明:时域模拟法计算的结果比实验值有30%左右的误差;实验与数值计算相结合才能合理的对设备进行抗冲击分析。

Abstract:The shock resistance research of large equipment for marine mainly uses numerical simulation method at present, but relevant tests are few, and how accuracy of numerical calculation can reach is uncertain. Therefore, the research has been done based on steam turbine for marine in this paper, first build the finite element model, then use time domain simulation method to calculate the response under shock loading; accord to the result, the frequency sweep and impact test have been done on the heavy shock-vibrostand. The comparison between calculated and experimental result have proved the correctness of calculation model and method, analyses the causes of error, and assess the structural strength. The research shows that: the calculation with time domain simulation method has about 30% errors which compared with the experimental results; combination of test and numerical calculation of the device can be a reasonable impact analysis.
