漂塘矿区井下多级机站通风系统优化与实践

摘    要:针对江西漂塘钨业有限公司漂塘矿区井下通风系统混乱、漏风严重、排风不畅、风量不足等问题,充分结合矿山的实际情况对矿井通风系统进行了系统的研究改造。将分区回风与多级机站相结合,建立起了以回风侧为主的井下多(三)级机站通风系统模式,改善了井下作业环境。在井下主要机站风机的装机功率增加不多的情况下(31kW),经实地测定,通风系统的总风量从改造前的50 m3/s增加到了115 m3/s左右,有效风量率从38%增加到79%。该通风系统的建立为井下安全生产提供了可靠的保障。

Abstract:The underground ventilation system was transformed by optimizing ventilation system to solve the current problems of disorder systems, serious wind leaking, inadequate ventilation and wind volume. Three-tiered ventilation stations are arranged using each ventilation well as independent units. Under the same installed power in the optimized ventilation system, the total ventilation volume increased from 50 m3/s before transformation to 115 m3/s at present with 41 % increased effective wind volume. The transformation of ventilation system improved the underground working environment.
