孔底起爆技术在漂塘钨矿区的应用

摘    要:分析了漂塘钨矿区原中深孔爆破长期采用孔口起爆方法所存在的问题,根据孔底起爆在上向扇形中深孔爆破中能降低大块产出的破碎机理,以及针对漂塘矿区的地质条件和采矿方法现状,进行了孔底起爆的中深孔爆破设计。文章介绍了孔底起爆的具体操作方法和应用成果。通过91次井下大爆破的实践,取得主要技术经济指标:炸药单耗0.47 kg/t,导爆索单耗0.02 m/t,导爆管毫秒雷管单耗0.05发/t,每米崩矿量4.62 t。该技术的应用4年来为企业创造了162.7万元以上的直接经济效益。

Abstract:Problems of hole-bottom detonation technology at Piaotang Tungsten Mining Region were analyzed. Mid and deep blasting was designed according to the blasting mechanism, geological conditions and current mining technology. This paper introduces the operation methods and application results of hole-bottom detonation technology. Some major economic indexes were obtained by 91 underground blasting experiments, including explosives consumption (0.47 kg/t), detonating cord consumption (0.02 m/t), nonel millisecond detonator consumption(0.05/t), collapsed ore per meter(4.62 t). The direct economic benefit of this technology in the past 4 years reaches 1.6 million RMB.
