高校数字化声像档案的开发与管理

The Exploitation and Management of Audio-visual Archives in Colleges and Universities

Audio-visual archives in colleges and universities refers to magnetic materials or photographic materials as the carrier, records the historic and conservable image, audio and video which formed in the management, teaching activity and research by photographic camera. Reproduce the highlights, the voice and face of the teachers and the students in the development of colleges and universities in a vivid and diverse way. Digital audio and video archives is the most efficient and long-acting solution at the present stage, which benefits to develop the appreciation value of audio-visual archives, achieve scientific management of archives administration. This paper summarizes the practice of audio-visual archives digitization approach, aims to explore the construction of web-based digital audio-visual archives management platform of scientific method.
