摘    要:在环保呼声日益高涨的今天,为了在电源规划过程中充分考虑环境保护约束对电源规划工作的影响,建立了结合环境保护的电源规划模型。分析了环境保护对机组投产、运行及系统排污的影响,并给出了一种实用且快速的电源规划算法。以电源投资费用等年值最小为目标函数,结合相关技术约束(电力平衡、水火电平衡、电源投产/电厂开工时间)条件,克服了组合爆炸问题。最后,通过对某省2006-2010年的电源规划工作进行计算、分析,规划优化结果符合要求。

Abstract:In this paper,a new model on generation expansion planning is presented,and the influence on environment protection has been taken into account.To solve the combination problem,a practical and fast generation expansion optimization algorithm has been proposed,which adopts a quick optimization sorting method and takes the minimum average annual investment cost as its objective function.Some relative technical constraints have been considered,such as power balance,hydro / thermal power balance,construction start and power commencement date.The proposed model and method have been applied in a provincial generation expansion planning(2006-2010),the results indicate that it meets the practical demand.
