增强增韧尼龙66汽车专用料的性能研究

摘    要:采用双螺杆挤出加工工艺,对增强增韧尼龙66材料综合性能进行了研究;比较了尼龙品种、增韧剂、玻璃纤维及助剂对内饰件材料的改性效果;并分析了生产工艺对材料性能的影响。确定了材料的最佳工艺参数和配方,并成功应用在出口汽车座椅滑块制品上。

Abstract:The overall property of reinforced and toughened nylon 66 compound was studied by means of extrusion technology on twin-screw extruder. The effect of the variety of nylon and the effects of toughener, glass fiber and additive on the modification of the decorative compounds were compared, the effect of processing technology on the property of the compound was analyzed. The optimum were determined and applied to the production of the slide processing parameter and formulation for the compound bar of the saddle of car for export successfully.
