TPS/EVOH共混物的制备及性能研究

摘    要:制备了以不同配比的水和甘油为增塑剂的热塑性淀粉(TPS),并与EVOH共混制得不同配比的TPS/EVOH共混物,为了利于加工,在TPS30/EVOH共混体系中加入了内、外润滑剂,结果发现,EVOH、水、甘油以及润滑剂的用量对体系的力学性能,耐水性以及熔体流动性能均有不同程度的影响。

Abstract:Thermoplastic starch(TPS) containing plasticizers was prepared,in which the plasticizer had different blending ratio of water and glycerin,and the prepared TPS was then blended with EVOH to prepare TPS/EVOH blends Internal and external lubricators were added into the TPS30/EVOH blends to facilitate the process It was found that the content of EVOH,glycerin and lubricator all had some effects on the physical properties,water resistance and MFR of the blends
