摘    要:提出一种考虑发电机有功出力调度的输电能力计算方法。该算法结合了连续性潮流计算方法和一些优化算法的优点,可由一个可行的潮流解出发,计算出各发电机有功出力随系统负荷增加时的变化情况以及考虑发电机调度时的系统输电能力,经过验证,该算法能有效地提高系统的输电能力,这对于在系统接近输电能力极限时如何通过调度发电机的出力,使系统维持一定的稳定裕度从而保持正常运行具有重要的意义。

Abstract:In this paper, an algorithm for power system transmitting capability calculation is presented, which can trace P V solution curve with generation dispatching considered. Combining the advantages of continuing power flow algorithm and some optimization algorithms and beginning from a feasible power flow solution, the variation of active power output of each generator with system load increment and an active power transmitting capability (ATC) considering generator dispatching can be found out. It is verified that by use of the presented algorithm the ATC of power system can really be effectively improved, therefore, it is of importance for how to keep a certain stability margin to maintain normal operation of power system by means of dispatching the outputs of generators while the ATC limit of the system is approached.
