氧含量传感器测控电路的设计

摘    要:分析了氧化锆传感器测氧原理,给出了传感器能斯特仪表化方程。基于MSP430单片机设计了传感器热电偶测温补偿电路、加热温度控制电路及氧含量检测电路。将PI控制和模糊控制结合,采用温度模糊-PI分段控制算法,提高了传感器的控温精度和稳定性。进行了传感器温度控制实验,传感器温度可长期稳定在750±1℃范围内。

Abstract:The principle and the instrumental Nernst equation of the zirconic oxygen sensor were presented, followed by MSP430-microcontroller-based designs for the thermocouple measurement and compensation circuit, the heat-temperature controlling circuit and the oxygen content measuring circuit. The precision and the stability of temperature controlling were improved by combining fuzzy control with PI segment algorithm.Results were obtained from the temperature-controlling experiments on the oxygen sensor.
