含孔有限大弹性板孔的位置形状综合优化

摘    要:为减少含孔有限大弹性平板局部应力集中,在引入了辅助孔并将基位置,尺寸作为优化变量的同时,优化设计中心孔,辅助孔的形状。文中建立了优化数学模型,用边界元分析结构并以积分型总极值最优化方法求解,优化结果表明,对孔的位置,尺寸形状一并综合优化比单项优化效果更好。

Abstract:Stress concentration reduction in a finite plate with a hole is accomplished by introducing optimally size and placed auxiliary holes with simultaneous shape optimization of both central and auxiliary holes.The boundary element method is used to analysis the stress and the integer global optimization method is applied to solve the combinational optimal problem.A considerable reduction in stress is obtained in comparison with that of only the size or only the shape optimization .
