摘    要:基于SWMM模拟平台,模拟潮汐水位对雨水管网的顶托影响,分析潮汐曲线时刻表下管网排水能力。以某滨海城市小区为例,基于地理信息系统GIS和暴雨洪水管理模型SWMM构建城市排水管网与排放口海水潮汐耦合模型,对比分析潮汐出流和自由出流,比较两种情形下的检查井水位、管道充满度、管道流速。结果表明,潮汐顶托对管网排水能力的影响随潮汐水位变化,潮汐出流造成中下游检查井水位上升,管道充满度增加,流速下降甚至回流,严重影响排水能力,增加内涝风险。

Impact Analysis of Tidal Backwater on Rainwater Pipe Network
Abstract:Based on the SWMM simulation platform, the influence of tidal water level on the backwater of rainwater pipe network was simulated, and the drainage capacity of pipe network was analyzed under the tidal curve timetable. Taking a coastal urban area as an example, a coupled model of urban drainage network and seawater tide at the outlet was constructed based on GIS and storm flood management model SWMM. The tidal outflow and free outflow were compared and analyzed. The water level of the inspection well, the fullness of the pipeline, and the flow rate of the pipeline were compared in the two cases. The results show that the impact of tidal backwater on the drainage capacity of the pipeline network varies with the tide level. Tidal flow results in the increase of the water level in the check wells in the middle and lower reaches. The fullness of the pipeline increases, and the flow rate decreases or even returns, which affects the drainage capacity and increases the risk of waterlogging seriously.
