摘    要:固体的铁磁性材料在磁场作用下有磁致伸缩效应。基于梯度磁场可改变有强磁化特性磁性液体的内压强,从而可改变磁性液体体积的设想,设计制造了一个梯度磁场作用于磁性液体的微位移驱动器,并利用光杠杆放大原理测量它的微位移量。结果表明:基于磁性液体磁致伸缩的微位移驱动器输入电流和输出微位移有较好的线性关系,为微位移驱动器研制提供了一条新的途径。

Abstract:The solid iron magnetic material has magnetostrictive effect under magnetic fields.The magnetic fluid magnetostrictive microdisplacement driver was designed and manufactured,which microdisplacement was measured by the optical lever method,based on the idea that the magnetic fluid volume can be changed by the gradient magnetic field because of its internal pressure intensity variation.The experimented results show that the driver has the better linear relation between the inlet current and the outlet microdi...
