脉冲电容器nH级内电感的短路放电测量法

摘    要:介绍了用短路放电法测量脉冲电容器NH级内电感的原理和具体试验电路,它根据单台电容器短路放电、两台电容器并联或串联短路放电两种情况下得到的电流波形求出单台电容器的内电感。利用此法测得MWF50-2.5和MWF100-2两种国产脉冲电容器的内电感分别为83.0、273.2 NH。

Abstract:This paper describes the principle and test circuit of a method to measure pulse capacitors' inner inductance with nH magnitude.Two kinds of capacitor have been measured,and the result is also obtained that the inner inductance of type MWF50-2.5 and MWF100-2 are 83.0 and 273.2 nH.
