MCM-22沸石分子筛的静态合成

摘    要:采用六亚甲基亚胺为模板剂,静态晶化法合成MCM-22,硅源的溶解是合成的控速步骤,因此反应前凝胶的老化尤为重要,它能促成MCM-22晶核的形成,优化母液凝胶的配比参数如增加水含量,加入晶种可以减少杂晶生成的可能,缩短晶化时间。

Abstract:Zeolite MCM- 22 was prepared under static conditions by using hexamethy-leneimine as structure-directing agent. The dissolution of silica source was the rate control-ling step of the crystallization procedure. The ageing step was especially necessary and could speed the formation of nuclei. The composition of the slurry, such as water content, also had influences on the synthesis. On the other hand, adding seed could shorten the time of crystallization.
