| 摘 要： | 本文以外滩十五号甲地块建筑方案设计为例，从旧建筑改变、分析外滩天际轮廓线入手，提出新建建筑外观的简洁和谐、景观的巧妙因借、合理利用夹缝间等设计理念，探讨了关于旧建筑改造再利用及新老建筑相容共生的设计课题。

| Abstract: | Taking the design for architectures of the No.15 parcel A in the Bund as an example,this paper starts with analyses of transformation of old buildings and the Bund skyline,and puts forward such design concepts as constructing buildings of succinct and harmonious outward appearance,skillful employment of landscape and efficient utilization of gaps,discussing the design issues of transformation and reutilization of old buildings and coexistence of the new and old buildings as well. |
