摘    要:单相旁磁式制动电动机在制动电动机中有很高的应用价值.首先采用解析法对其轴向电磁制动力进行理论分析和计算,得出其理论计算公式,然后通过3D有限元电磁方法对理论计算结果进行了验证,分析了该电动机不同负载情况下不同气隙处磁密的变化规律,得出解析分析计算所需要的有关参数的选择原则.

Abstract:A side-magnetism brake single-phase induction motor (SBSIM) for the application in electric tools was made,where a power-off brake is needed. The axial magnetic braking force was theoretically analyzed and calculated,which was first verified by the 3D finite element method(3D FEM). Then the flux density distribution in different air-gap positions with and with out load were analyzed,and the related parameters used in the theoretical expressions of braking force were given.
