摘    要:简要分析了U75V钢轨的感廊热处理原理,讨论了U75V钢轨的TTT曲线和CCT曲线,分析了一些典型的异常显微组织和产生机理,提出了其感应热处理的冷却速度范围.

Abstract:The principle of induction heat treatment for U75V rail was analyzed, the TTT and CCT curve of U75V rail were discussed. Some typical abnormal microstructure and their generation mechanism were analyzed. Finally, the colling speed range of induction heat treatment was presented.
