摘    要:简述了新一代TMCP与传统TMCP的区别,综述了基于超快冷技术的新一代TMCP工艺的基本物理冶 金学原理,重点介绍了新一代TMCP在细晶强化、析出强化和相变强化中的重要作用。

Abstract:The comparison was made between conventional TMCP (thermal mechanical controlled processing) and new-generation TMCP in this paper. The metallurgical principles of new-generation TMCP based on ultra fast cooling were described. The application of new-generation TMCP on strengthening mechanism such as fine grain strengthening, precipitation strengthening and phase transformation strengthening has been summarized.
