摘    要:介绍了随着国家对环保标准的不断提高,袋式除尘器的发展与应用,阐述了袋式除尘器的核心--高温滤料以及纯玻纤滤料种类、性能和优缺点,芳纶纤维、PPS纤维、P84纤维、PTFE纤维的性能及它们分别与玻璃纤维混杂复合后其复合滤料的性能和优缺点。随着新技术和新材料的应用,高温袋式除尘技术的应用不断发展。

Abstract:The key element of bag filters,i.e. high temperature filter media,is discribed,covering the types,properties,strong and weak points of pure fiberglass filter media,and the properties of aramid,PPS,P84 and PTFE fibers as well as the advantages and drawbacks of their composite filter media with glass fibers. With the application of new techniques and new materials,the use of high temperature bag filters is ever growing.
