转速对转子振动频率的影响

摘    要:本文研究转速对转子振动频率的影响。首先对SOLID WORKS有限元软件进行模态分析的可靠性结果进行验证,然后计算了27种不同转速下前10阶转子振动频率,并分析其变化规律,提出使用SOLIDWORKS有限元法求解实际工程上临界转速的新方法。研究结果表明,随着转速增加,转子的振动频率将相应增加,且其增加具有非线性;随着转速的变化,转子的高阶次振动频率将发生组合和分离,其临界点发生在临界线("振动频率=转速对应频率"直线)上;利用有限元法和临界线,求解实际工程临界转速的新方法比其他方法的准确性更高。

Abstract:This paper studies the impact of speed on the rotor vibration frequency. First, the reliability of the results of finite element software SOLIDWORKS modal analysis is verified, and then the front 10 order rotor vibration frequencies at the 27 kinds of different speeds was calculated and the new method of solving the practical engineering critical speed using SOLIDWORKS the finite element software was proposed. The results show that as the speed increases, the vibration frequency of the rotor will increase accordingly, and it increases with nonlinear, with the speed changes, higher order vibration frequency of the rotor occurs combination and separation. The critical point occurs atthe critical line (“the vibration frequency is equal to the speed frequency” straight line). Using the finite element method and the critical line, a new method for solving practical engineering critical speed is higher than the accuracy of other methods.
