串列叶栅扩压器第一列叶片出口角对性能的影响

摘    要:将串列叶栅设计思想应用于100kW微型燃机离心压气机扩压器上。深入研究了串列叶栅扩压器第一列叶片出口角对其性能的影响。通过多方案的对比研究,获得了对应相对最优性能的第一列叶片的安装角方案。即当第一列叶片偏向第二列叶片吸力面0.8°,出口角为31.5°时,由于第一列叶片出口与第二列叶片进口径向重叠区域形成恰当的渐缩型通道,此时扩压器的扩压速度比(DVR)最小,流道内流动均匀,二次流动损失最小,多变效率、压比和总压恢复系数都达到最高。

Influence of the First Row Blades Outlet Angle in Tandem Cascade on Performance of MGT Centrifugal Compressor

Abstract:The application of tandem cascade in MGT diffuser was discussed. And the effect of the first row blades outlet angle of tandem cascade was thoroughly studied on the performance. Through the comparative study of different schemes, the results demonstrate the scheme that the first row blades outlet angle being set to 31.5° and the first row blades tending to the suction surface 0.8° of the second row ones is the relative optimum one. In this case, a proper gradual shrinkage channel can be formed between the first row blades and the second row ones. Thus the diffusion velocity ratio DVR, and the secondary flow loss are relative minimum, the flow in the flow passage is uniform, while the polytropic efficiency,pressure ratio and the total pressure recovery coefficient are relative maximum.
