摘    要:本文针对某离心压缩机叶轮,详细开展了基于有限元方法的非线性接触分析。深入研究了在离心载荷作用下过盈量和最大Von Mises应力、接触压力以及传递扭矩的关系,并根据叶轮做功传递扭矩的要求,给出了叶轮与轴之间适宜过盈量的设计建议和旋转松脱的甄别方法。

Abstract:In this paper, one shrouded impeller in some centrifugal compressor is selected to do some detailed finite element analysis based on nonlinear contact theory. Considering the rotating inertial load, the residual interference between the shaft and impeller hole is obtained. Then thorough researches about relationships among the residual interference, the equivalent stress, contact stress and transmission torque are carried out. At last, according to the transmission torque requirement, some advices are brought up for rotating-loose estimate and interference determination.
