| 摘 要： | 21世纪企业之间的竞争,根本上是文化的竞争。随着知识经济的发展,创新企业文化对企业的发展将发挥越来越重要的作用。中国企业进入了新的发展阶段,需要企业文化再上新台阶与之匹配。企业文化的创新与发展是一个逐步探索,逐步深入的工程,要注意处理好四个关系。
