摘    要:合理冷却下机轧辊,确保轧辊的表面温度的均匀性是热轧精轧工作辊磨削中保证轧辊精度的一个重要的措施,是保证热轧板形的重要因素。本文从轧辊下机后冷却时间、轧辊辊型、热膨胀及磨削精度控制、冷却床冷却水量、冷却水嘴布置及角度、水嘴口径尺寸、轧辊在冷床上的摆放位置等方面对梅钢原有的轧辊冷工艺度进行了分析,在此基础上优化了原有的轧辊强制冷却工艺,建立了比较健全的轧辊下机冷却工艺制度。经过实践验证了新的轧辊强制冷却制度的合理性。
