摘    要:根据测量不确定度评定与表示理论,对离子色谱仪测定水中氟离子浓度的影响因素进行分析,推导和计算来自重复测量引入的A类不确定度、来自工作曲线的不确定度和来自标准溶液的不确定度。

Abstract:The uncertainty was evaluated based on the theory of uncertainty determination by ion chromatogram instrument.The main influence was studied which affected the uncertainty of determination of fluoride ion came from the repetitious of measurement,the labor curve and the standard solution.
