| 摘 要： | 介绍一种基于STM32F103单片机的高精度自动电阻测试仪的设计与制作。该电阻测试仪使用分压法来实现对电阻的测量,采用了高精度的16位Σ-ΔADC AD7705完成电阻电压的准确测量。整个系统易于控制,人机交互界面友好。经测试,系统功能齐全,精确度达到0.6%,转换速率达到10/秒。

| Abstract: | This paper introduces a high-precision automatic resistance meter based on microcontroller STM32F103.The measurement of resistance is achieved with partial pressure method.The measurement of voltage on resistance is accomplished by a high precision 16-bit Σ-Δ ADC AD7705.The system is easy to control and HCI interface is friendly.Tests show that the system has high performance and full functions.The accuracy is up of 0.6% and the conversion rate is up to 10 per second. |
