圆片状磷酸铁的制备及热分解动力学研究

摘    要:以Fe(NO3)3.9H2O和Na2HPO4.12H2O为原料,采用均相沉淀法制备了方形片状磷酸铁(FePO4.2H2O)粉体。用XRD、SEM、TG-DTA进行了表征,并进行了磷酸铁粉体的脱水热分解动力学研究,分别采用非线性等转化率法和Coats-Redfern方程对热重分析数据进行了处理和拟合,确定了磷酸铁的脱水产物为FePO4,脱水分解反应符合Avrami-Erofeev方程,为成核和生长(n=1)的A1机理。表观活化能Ea为87.78kJ.mol-1,指前因子lnA为12.14s-1。

Abstract:Round sheet of iron phosphate hydrate was synthesized by homogeneous precipitation method with Fe(NO3)3·9H2O and Na2HPO4·12H2O as the raw materials.The product was characterized by XRD and SEM and the thermal decomposition kinetics was studied by thermal analysis(TG-DTA).The data of TG-DTA was analyzed by isoconversional non-linear and Coats-Redfern methods.It identified the product of the dehydration process was FePO4.The decomposition reaction of iron phosphate hydrate was controlled by Avrami-Erofeev random nucleation and growth mechanism(A1).The apparent activation energy(Ea) was 87.78kJ·mol-1,pre-exponential factor(lnA) was 12.14s-1
