| 摘 要： | 宽带无线接入技术对蜂窝移动通信技术形成了挑战，加快了对更高传输速率的第三代移动通信演进型技术的研究和标准化进程。国际标准组织3GPP和B3GPP2均启动了对3G新轮演进型技术的研究和标准化工作。目前3GPP长期演进（LTE）项目在无线接口的关键技术指标、无线网络架构及高层协议方面取得了进展，3GPP2无线接口演进（AIE）项目在空中接口层二（L2）及更高层标准的制订、空中接口物理层标准的制订方面取得了进展。

| Abstract: | The challenges brought by the broadband wireless access technology to GSM has speeded up the study and standardization of 3G evolution technologies supporting higher speed transmission. 3GPP and 3GPP2 have both launched research programs on the study and standardization of rising 3G evolution technologies. By now, achievements have been made for the Long Term Evolution (LTE) program in respects of key technical indexes of air interface, wireless network architecture and high-level protocols, and for the Air Interface Evolution (AIE) program in respect of the formulation of air interface standards for Layer 2 and upper layers, as well as for the physical layer. |
