玫瑰花红色素提取工艺研究

摘    要:研究了天然玫瑰花红色素总含量的测定方法以及溶剂法的提取工艺.玫瑰花红色素属于花色苷类物质,它在不同溶剂中最大吸收波长不同,在同一溶剂中不同pH值下最大吸光值不同,所以采用经典的pH值示差法测定总含量.本实验测定了缓冲液中玫瑰花红色素最大吸收波长,选择出合适的提取剂,由单因素试验,正交试验得出最佳提取条件:在55%乙醇水溶液,pH值1.5,料液比为1g:35 mL条件下,浸提25 min.提取2次.

Abstract:This article reports the determination method of the total content of natural rose pigments and the extraction technology adopting solvents to soak the formulation .We use the classical pH differential method to determine the total content because the biggest wavelength of the anthocyanins in the different solvents is different and the biggest absorbance in the same solvents and different pH value is different .We do the experiment including confirming the biggest wavelength in the buffer solution and selecting the reasonable solvent. During the studying of extraction conditions,we do the single factor experiment and the L9(34) orthogonal test plan to confirm the best extraction condition that is using the ethanol which concentration is 55 % and pH value is 1.5 to soak the roses 25 min and the ratio of materials to infusions is1 g 35 mL .We also confirm we distill the pigments twice by doing the experiment.
