玻璃椭球体铝合金结构在建筑工程中的应用

摘    要:以铝钛合金为网壳结构的玻璃椭球体建筑,长轴为66.8米,短轴为57.0米,地面以上34.3米,地下7.25米高,该建筑外墙玻璃层重达400吨,结构采用铝合金工字梁,铝质圆形节点板与不锈钢锁紧螺栓,构成单层铝网壳体系,工程结构受力复杂,构件制作要求严格,施工安装难度较大,是我国首例铝结构大型椭球形工程,文中对该建筑工程从方案选定,结构设计,材料选用及球体工程施工安装等作了较详细介绍。

Abstract:The aluminium and titanium are used as mesh shell construction of ellipsoid glass building with major axis length of 66.8 m, minor axis length of 57.0 m, above ground 34.3 m, under ground 7.25 m. The weight of glass as building covering outside is 400 t. The aluminium alloy H beam, aluminium round gusset and stainless steel lock bolts are used for construction to form single layer aluminium mesh shell system. This engineering structure stressing is complicated. The requirements for component fabrication are very strict with bigger difficulty during construction and installation. This is a first large aluminium structure ellipsoid engineering in China. The plan selection, structure design, material selection and ellipsoid engineering construction and installation for this building were presented in the paper.
