| 摘 要： | 为实现绿色建筑供应商价值诊断的客观评价,文章结合绿色供应链和建筑供应商的特点,构建了影响用户满意度的、包括产品优势、运营管理、合作潜力和绿色管理的绿色建筑供应商价值指标体系;利用粗糙集理论建立了绿色建筑供应商的规范化决策矩阵,通过各评价指标的权重计算获得了绿色建筑供应商价值体系的关键影响因素,并以计算实例验证了该方法用于绿色建筑供应商价值诊断的适用性.

| Abstract: | In order to realize the value evaluation of green building suppliers objectively, based on characteristics analysis of green supply chain （GSC） and building suppliers, a value diagnostic indicator system of green building supplier that influences the satisfaction degree of users was constructed, in which evaluating indexes include product advantages, operation management, cooperative potential and green management. Normalized decision matrix of green building suppliers was formed by rough set theory. Then essential influencing factors on value of green were obtained according to the weight calculation of evaluating indexes. Validity building suppliers method used for value evaluation of green building suppliers was verified by a calculating example. |
