多孔梯度超高分子量聚乙烯材料的制备与表征

摘    要:以医用超高分子量聚乙烯(UHMWPE)为原料,NaCl(分析纯)粉体为造孔剂,采用模板滤取法(T-L法)制备不同孔隙率的多孔梯度UHMWPE仿生软骨材料,并采用多种方法对制备试样进行表征。结果表明,制备试样为均匀多孔结构,且NaCl提纯率为97%以上;随NaCl添加量增加,孔隙率、渗透率明显提高;吸水速率、失水率均随时间延长呈非线性增加。

Abstract:The medical UHMWPE and NaCl powders were chosen as the raw materials.Porous gradient UHWMPE samples with different NaCl additions were prepared by T-L method and characterized by using a variety of methods.The results show that the pore distribution is uniform in the porous layer and the purification rate of NaCl is 97%.With the increase of the addition of NaCl,porosity and permeability increase significantly,water absorption rate and loss rate are non-linear with the increase of the time.
