摘    要:综述了CZTS(Cu2ZnSnS4)材料的研究现状,介绍了CZTS材料的结构性质、光学性质、电学性质、薄膜的制备方法以及Na扩散对其性能的影响,最后探讨了目前存在的问题及其今后的研究发展方向。

Abstract:The research progress in CZTS material for thin-film solar cells is outlined.The structural,optical and electrical properties of CZTS and the growth techniques of film are introduced.Furthermore,the effect of sodium diffusion on the properties is also discussed.Finally,the existing problems and future development directions are summarized.
