环境友好型无锡自抛光防污涂料的研制

摘    要:研究了以功能性丙烯酸锌树脂为基料、以氧化亚铜和有机防污助剂C为防污剂的无锡自抛光防污涂料配方。通过室内动态划水和实海挂板实验进行性能评价,并与国外涂料对比,筛选出防污性能优良的配方。结果表明,涂料A1和A2具有良好的防污性能;室内动态划水和实海挂板相结合,能快速、有效地评价防污涂料性能。

Abstract:Formula of tin-free antifouling paints based on zinc acrylate resin,cuprous oxide and an organic antifouling agent has been studied.The properties of antifouling paints designed by our laboratory have been studied by the designed rotator and immerged in sea,and excellent paints are elected compared with paints made in overseas.The result showed that the designed coatings A1 and A2 have excellent antifouling properties;Combined the designed rotator and immerged in sea,excellent paints can be elected fast and effectively.
