| 摘 要： | 综述了碳纳米管细化金属晶粒的研究现状,主要包括镁基、铝基、铅锡基、镍基、铁基等,并指出将碳纳米管加入镁、铝、铅、铁、镍基金属合金中都可以明显地细化这些合金材料的基体组织,同时阐述了目前假设的碳纳米管细化晶粒的机理:提供了较多优先形核的位置和阻碍晶粒的长大。

| Abstract: | Research status on carbon nanotubes(CNTs) refining the grains of metals are summarized,including magnesium matrix,aluminum matrix,lead and tin matrix,nickel matrix,iron matrix and so on.The significant refining effect of the addition of CNTs on the grains of these composites was emphasized.At the same time,the currently supposed grain refining mechanism of CNTs was also explained:CNTs provide more preferential nucleation sites and hinder the growth of grains. |
