钨晶须/纳米线结构表征及性能研究进展

摘    要:综述了钨晶须/纳米线的场发射性能、光电性能、力学性能等方面的研究,介绍了钨晶须/纳米线的制备方法,分析了不同制备方法下钨晶须/纳米线的结构特点及性能,指出了当前钨晶须/纳米线研究面临的问题,并展望了其应用前景。

Abstract:Properties research of tungsten whiskers/nanowires are discribed,including field emission properties,photoelectric properties and mechanical properties.Also,fabrication methods are introduced in brief,and strcture characterization and properties by different fabrication methods are analysised.Finally,problems in present research of tungsten whiskers/nanowires are pointed out and their application prospects are expected.
