高性能铜铬锆合金的特点及应用

摘    要:基于高强高导Cu-Cr-Zr系合金基本特征,阐述了该合金的微合金化、综合性能及其工艺特点;着重论述了Cu-Cr-Zr系合金在集成电路引线框架、电气化铁路接触导线、结晶器等方面的性能指标和应用现状,分析了我国Cu-Cr-Zr系合金广泛应用的必要性、可行性及应用前景,并提出Cu-Cr-Zr合金在制备工艺、微观结构和使用性能方面存在的问题。

Abstract:Based on the characteristics of Cu-Cr-Zr alloy,micro-alloying,compositive capability and process features of Cu-Cr-Zr alloy are described.The primary prospect of the performance and present status of Cu-Cr-Zr alloy on the application of IC lead frame,electric railway contact wire,mold etc are discussed.The necessity and possibility of applying on the Cu-Cr-Zr alloy are analyzed.The problems existing in forming process,microstructure and service performance are proposed.
