摘    要:概述了Si、Mn、Ni、Cr、C等化学元素,第二相沉淀析出,预变形时效和热机械训练等对Fe-Mr-Si基合金记忆效应的影响规律及提高途径,概括了Fe-Mn-Si基合金疲劳性能、磨损和多相流损伤抗力等方面的应用研究进展,总结了Fe-Mn-Si基合金生产应用现状.

Abstract:The factors affecting shape memory effect in Fe-Mn-Si based alloy,including Si,Mn,Ni,Cr,C che-mical elements etc,the second phase precipitation,aging after pre-deformation and thermo-mechanical training are summarized,as well as approaches of improving shape memory effect.Applied reseach progress of the fatigue properties,abrasion and resistance in multiphase flow in Fe-Mn-Si based alloy are reviewed,production and application status of Fe-Mn-Si based alloy is summarized.
