摘    要:在建立回转式空气预热器中微元体换热微分方程的基础上,以计算单元中流体和受热面的温度分别沿周向和轴向线性变化为假设条件,通过拉普拉斯变换,推导得到了一种关于回转式空气预热器换热计算模型的理论解法。由该方法可以得到不同工况下空气预热器内部烟气、空气及其受热面的温度沿轴向和周向的分布情况。给出的不同类型回转式空气预热器的具体算例和分析表明,该方法具有计算精度高、适用范围广的特点,既适用于两分仓回转式空气预热器,也适用于三分仓回转式空气预热器;既可以用于回转式空气预热器的热力计算,也可以用于对其进行变工况分析计算。

Abstract:According to the differential equations of heat exchange in the micro-sector of regenerative air heater, an analytical solution for the heat exchange of regenerative air heater is presented with Laplace transformation. The solution is based on the assumption that the temperatures of fluid and heat surface vary linearly along circumferential and axial directions for each in the calculated sector. The sectors are subdividable for higher preciseness. The temperature distributions of the gas, air and heat surface in the regenerative air heater at different operating conditions are procurable with this solution. Some examples of the solution for different types of regenerative air heater, show that it has better preciseness and applicability in comparison with traditional method. It can be used for both two-sectorial and three-sectorial air heater; for the heat calculation and performance analysis of the regenerative air heater.
