摘    要:国际标准ISO3471:1994对工程车辆翻车保护装置(Roll—Over Protective Structures,简称ROPS)的一项重要性能要求是ROPS应具有足够的能量吸收能力,而ROPS能量吸收的计算属于结构非线性分析。根据塑性铰的概念和特性,提出了计算ROPS侧向加载中心弹塑性位移并由此计算其能量吸收的一般方法,并用实例证明了其正确性。该方法将复杂的非线性问题转化为简单的线性问题,使设计者在设计阶段就可对ROPS的能量吸收性能进行有效的预测,并可推广到一般等截面构件组成的刚架系统的弹塑性变形和能量吸收的计算。

Abstract:One of the important performance requirements in the ISO 3471:1994 for Roll Over Protective Structures (ROPS) attached on the engineer vehicle is the energy absorption ability The calculation of it belongs to nonlinear structural analysis Based on the concept and characters of plastic hinge, a new general computing method for the elastic plastic deflection of the loading center has been advanced in this paper, on the basis of which the energy absorption of ROPS can be calculated, so that the energy absorption performance of ROPS could be prejudged effectively in the earlier design stage The complex nonlinear problem is transformed into simple linear one in this method The validity of this method is validated by instance The elastic plastic deflection and energy absorption of general regid frame with constant cross section member can be calculated with this method
