磨前加工内燃机车齿轮用圆弧头滚刀的设计

摘    要:基于齿轮的齿根倒圆可增大轮齿抗弯强度,应采用圆弧头滚刀加工渐开线齿廓和槽底圆滑过渡曲线。分析了三种类型圆弧滚刀的特点及使用范围,计算并绘制了Ⅱ型圆弧滚刀的刀齿廓形,给出了滚刀齿顶是否切除齿轮有效渐开线齿形的验证方法,计算了滚刀齿顶圆弧头的运动轨迹坐标,最后得出了确定齿槽高度的条件。

Abstract:Based on the fact that rounding on roots of gear tooth can increase the bend strength of gear tooth,the hobs with arc end should be applied to cut the involute profile and smooth transition curve on slot base.The characteristics and applied scope of three types of hobs with arc end were analyzed,the tooth profile of Model Ⅱ hob was calculated and drew,the method to verify if the effective involute tooth profile would be cut away by the tooth top of hob were presented,and the moving locus coordinates of arc end on tooth top were calculated,finally,conditions to determine the gullet height was educed.
