N掺杂TiO_2光催化剂的制备与表征

摘    要:以饱和尿素溶液水解工艺制备TiO2煅烧前驱体,在前驱体中引入掺杂氮源,于400~700℃的空气气氛下煅烧2 h,制得淡黄色的掺氮TiO2光催化剂;对样品进行XRD,UV-Vis及XPS等测试和表征,并研究其可见光催化活性。结果表明,掺杂氮是以化学键形式掺入TiO2晶格的,含量约3%,并随煅烧温度的升高而略有降低,较低煅烧温度下的样品可见光催化活性较强;样品的粒径约20 nm,比表面积20~50 m2/g,在波长不低于400 nm的可见光作用下,经180 min,对2,4-二氯苯酚的降解率超过60%。

Abstract:N-doped TiO2 photocatalysts were prepared by calcinations of the hydrolysis product of tetrabutyl titanate with saturated urea solutions in ambient atmosphere at different temperature.The obtained yellow samples was characterized by XRD,UV-Vis and XPS,the photocatalytic activity under ultraviolet light and visible light was also evaluated.The results indicated that,nitrogen was doped into TiO2 lattice in the form of chemical bond,its content was about 3%,which decreased slightly when calcined temperature increasing.The surface area of samples was 20~50 m2/g,and its grain size was approximately 20 nm.UV-Vis results indicated that the samples could absorb visible light wavelength above 400 nm,and photocatalytic results showed that over 60% 2,4-DCP could be degraded after 180 min reaction under visible light wavelength above 400 nm.
