摘    要:阐述了分户热计量实施的必要性和实行分户热计量对采暖设计新的要求,论述了在分户热计量设计中负荷计算,热计量方式的选择、温控与热计量装置的配备以及新旧供暖系统形式的选择与改造。分户热计量改变了室内热工特性。通过对建筑围护结构热工特性的分析,提出了围护结构新的构造形式,为进一步提高分户热计量的设计质量提供了依据。

Abstract:Necessity of household heat metering and new demands in heating design with household heat metering were introduced.Load calculation,selection of heat metering modes,outfitting of temperature control and heat metering devices,selection and modification of new and old heating system in household heat metering design were discussed.Household heating metering changes indoor thermodynamic properties.To analyze thermodynamic properties of building envelope,the new forms of building envelope were put forward to provide evidence for improving the design quality of household heating metering system.
